Newly opened Brasserie Liberte takes classic French cuisine and gives it an American twist. From European favorites like escargot, foie gras, and duck confit to more approachable fare (who doesn’t love a burger?), Brasserie Liberte’s menu hits the mark. Choose from moules (steamed mussels), crispy battered fried fish, or marinated hangar steak, plus a hefty side of house made fries to soak up all that rich sauce.
