Each bar boasts its own hip-hop theme, so belt out different hits depending on that DJ’s chosen genre. But before you actually head to U Street, don your most creative Halloween costume for a chance to win cash prizes throughout the day. Even the uncostumed can score drink specials, door prizes, and bar crawl swag as long as they have a wristband on hand ($10+). Although the exact roster of bars has yet to be announced, the crawl always consists of at least six different establishments all within walking distance of each other along U Street.
