It incorporates seven distinct eateries and four bar areas, along with a huge seating area (including work tables and a big patio).
Simply sit down, grab your smartphone, and place your order. You’ll have access to the diverse menus, and the food and drinks will come directly to your table. Start your day with a latte or or a cold-brew with a chocolate croissant from Big Day Bakery or a Super Greens smoothie from Gigi’s Smoothies. If you stop in for lunch, dig into a classic cobb salad or a seasonal salad topped with pumpkin seeds, chunks of fresh apple, and Manchego cheese. For happy hour, share starters such as vegan black bean hummus with taro chips and chicken lemongrass dumplings with your chosen cocktail. Then devour a flatbread, sandwich, or bowl of noodles, or try an entree such as steak frites or steamed mussels. All of this and more is ready and waiting for you at the Assembly.
